What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I have found both close grip bench press and dips to be benefical for the overall training of my triceps.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I have found concentration curls gives my biceps the best pump. I have also found some back movements like bb rows to help with the overall size of my biceps.
