1st year college - 145 lbs 1 mnth - 162 lbs
This was taken a year ago as a freshman in college before I started the baseball workout program. I was the second smallest person on the team 145 pounds. In order to start more often I have worked hard to get stronger and faster while also putting on some pounds.
One month from last picture of my back. Same weight 162 lbs, same wkout program.

Don't know if you have achieved your primary goal but you have achieved something else, now you are looking much more solid, more confident. Very good muscle density, keep training hard.
