I kinda Modified Jim Stoppani's Shortcut To Size. But its still pretty much the same workout just added a few things for lagging muscles and do other workouts for the equipment that I have at home.

What keeps me going is my wife and four year old son.  I dont want to be one of those dads that can't play sports with his child because it wears me out to fast.  I wanna be around for a long time and be there for my wife and son.
