In 2005 I weighed 295 lbs. Started on the south beach diet in March lost 38 lbs. Then went on a cruise in September that same year and gained the weight back and leveled off at 265 lbs. until July 2007. when I decieded I didn't want to be over weight anymore.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel so energized after wards.
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't want to be fat anymore.
