How I Started:
First started just throwing some weights around, then became more serious as I got involved with football, and its progressed int othe bodybuilding lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
The pump. It boosts my self confidence. the fact that I don't do it for anyone but myself. I used to take it as a chore, but now I look forward to the time to lift every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress keeps me going. Seeing my body transform right in front of my eyes.
