Supplements all day all night
Supplements i take at the moment:
Protein powder: I always make sure i got Whey-100 in the shaker. I take about 30g of Whey-100 (25g protein) 2x a day. Before workout and after workout with some simple fast carbs.
Multivitamin: From my local grocery store, nothing special. I take it in the morning with my fish oil.
Fish oil (Omega-3) 1000mg in the morning.
Creapure 5g directly after my workout.
Caffeine+ with L-tyrosine 200mg. I take it with a lot of water 45 minutes before my workout.
