JagOfTroyupdated Fit Status "Catching up after sickness, school, and injuries."
This was the very beginning of my workout. IT may have been a month or two after initially working out till I got to this point.
Last picture I took before the symptoms of overtraining finally set in and I was unable to continue further. I took a long break, always feeling disgruntled without a way to release all the built up energy.

I notice a lot of guys will only focus on working out their upper bodies or arms but I believe in toning up and gaining mass in all areas. I'm not necessarily looking to be the next Mr. Olympia but I want to have a physique and physical performance that I can be proud of, knowing that I have put forth the time and effort to get there. As a model, I'm not able to put on too much muscle mass but I will be targeting each body part in order to make it strong.

I want to GAIN 25 lb

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Whey Protein for the immediate absorption since your body is in a sort of hyper-active anabolic state and a Branched Chain Amino Acid pill which floods the muscle with Amino Acids which are the building blocks for protein synthesis.Whey Protein for the immediate absorption since your body is in a sort of hyper-active anabolic state and a Branched Chain Amino Acid pill which floods the muscle with Amino Acids which are the buildi...more

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I prefer the gym because firstly, I prefer the open and social atmosphere that the gym brings although I am never there for chatting. There are loads more equipment at the gym in comparison to what I could have at home.I prefer the gym because firstly, I prefer the open and social atmosphere that the gym brings although I am never there for chatting. What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
The #1 concern I usually have about a gym is its cleanliness. I understand that it is rather hard to keep a gym clean but if I feel dirty just upon entering the place, its usually not something I'd want to keep spending money on. I like wide areas so as not to cramp everyone into the same corner and I prefer it to be cooler than normal since I generate a lot of heat when lifting. The other part I usually take a look at is the staff that is working there because it will give you an indication as to how serious and professionally they handle themselves as well as the business they run.The #1 concern I usually have about a gym is its cleanliness. I recently just started to work out and I've already noticed some rather exhilirating gains in my body overall. It seems that the true achiilles tendon to my workouts was the fact that I was torturing my body to the point of destroying any gains I would of made. Applying training splits to...
Thanks for the add and glad to see your back on track. Don't be so hard on yourself this time around. I do the same and have to learn to SLOW down and be kind to my body.
