How I Started:
I started lifting in High School to help with sports and then gave up. You know, the usual excuses of fatigue, no time, stress, etc. Recently started back up to change my life for the positive again.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out for the pump, and the sense of accomplishment i feel after every workout session.
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation is feeling that the more weight i lose, the better I feel about myself and the better I feel physically. It also doesn't hurt that I'm finally able to slap the pads back on and get on the ice!!!

Goal (Long):
I would love to get to get down to about 5% bodyfat and then pack on about 30-40 pounds of solid muscle and who knows, maybe even compete. I've always had dreams of being a competetive body builder. Now I just have to stick with it!!!!!

Ok, so by revamping the diet and hitting the gym consistently in the past couple of weeks, I dropped 11 lbs.!!!!!!!!! I know it's mostly water weight and bloat but it's enough to pump me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
