How I Started:
I first started working out on a pul up rack when a bunch of us football players were joking around and daring each other to do the most pull ups! I did 15 pull ups and some push ups!
Why I Love It:
I have made the gym and working out apart of my life and will continue to include a excellent work out plan in my many years to come! I am definately a Bodybuilding enthusiast!

BB Accomplishments:
About 5 years ago when I was 19, 6'3'', and about 220, with a very rigorous and constant workout gym busting routine, was able to maintain a solid mass and increase my bench by about two! The most I benched was about ???! It took a while but my body came around wonderfully and I loved every second of lifting!

Your body is very sculptic, your stomach and thighs are amazing, a lot of women would do anything to sculpt there stomach and thighs to your level! Great!!!!!!
Well I c u use NaNo VAPOR...I use that but the whey protein I use Dymatize Elite....really like it. was deciding between that and the Wheyabolic but felt this was the better product 4 me. been using it 4 a week now and really like it so far... :)
OK Aaron - Abs.
1. Diet - keep it clean - that's 80% of it.
2. Compound lifts strengthen the core - DL/Bench/Squat/Military Press.
3. Add weight to your ab routine - hanging leg raises to above head level, kneeling rope cable crunches, hanging windscreen wipers, dragon flags.
All work good for me!
