There's slight definition but not much this is usually my middle point.
Heck this one was cute. I have a better one but... I gave grief about the ladies posin in their underwear and it wasn't until now that I truly understood why they did it. You can't see anything properly in short shorts. On a side note, it's hella hard to take a pic without a flash AND you're trying to flex as hard as possible. So sorry for the camera shake.

So this is muah. Not too hot cuz I've been slacking from being a full-time student. But i'm workin on it as of presently.

July 08 wk out 6x weekly @ 130-131 lbs

So, not much weight loss really about 3-4lbs (is getting older slowing me down?. But i've had a good amount of muscle and some fat loss so it worked out =D

Okay so i had statistics.. in the morning so my schedule was a lil haywire so I don't think i went much of anywhere. But i started working on my diet. Started to follow Nutrient Timing. Not so easy but Seriously felt it in my workout... excuse the hair LOL i was on my Staycation...

Just switched to 3x weekly cuz class started up. I loooovvveee my muscles. I've been Following the nutrient timing system and my workouts are sooo much better. I'm getting my grr factor!
