GNC Pro Performance Nutrition Isolated Soy

Reason: For after workouts. Get a scoop, add some 1% milk in a cup shake it up and suck it down on my way to the shower. Gotta have some protein in the first 45 min after a shower and this is the fastest way. A few times (yet far between) it's been good for a snack.

Reason: For the "Growth Phase" of my supplementation. I take it post-post workout and sometimes as a shake if i find myself a lil hungry b4 bed. Taste pretty good too.

Reason: I took it for energy and fat loss. Thank god i finished it last week (8-27-08)cuz it was whack. Didn't do anything for me but give me a mini energy boost. I could have taken up to the max dose and still get nothing. So i used it to just keep me awake most mornings. (morning person as of 5/08 night person since 88...)

Reason: I knew i needed Amino acids, it has the main ones i need, glutamine, leucine, BCAA's bla bla bla you know what i mean. It's the recommendation and i forgot i had a bottle that i bought before (but couldn't find) so now i have ALOT of the horse pills =D

Reason: I used Lipo 6 way back in the day and found it Super helpful and proved the fastest results. I experiment so i tried the hydroxycut for women (whack!) so i'm back to Lipo 6. It's only been a day. I'm not touching the "women" stuff, I can handle that one on my own. P =D

Reason: I don't know.. but if YOU kept adding sugar as your simple carb to your mix drinks wouldn't you worry a lil about chuggin it down All the time?? Went for this, it's maltodextrin the best thing i could find, which is the recommendation in addition to sucrose and glucose. But hey. and it's Tasteless! So cool!
