It's really weird but Cindy Crawford and my gym teacher Mr. Fippinger. My friend had a baby in 96 and for xmas her mother gave her a Cindy Crawford workout tape. She wanted a partner, I a said sure. All of my three brothers were atheletes in high school so it only made sense that I , the chubbies of the four, should be at least be a tad bit leaner.
After two weeks she stopped and i continued working out. Apparently I worked out twice a day cuz i had weight training class at school (as an elective gym class) in the mornings then I did the tapes when I got home. Since then it's always been a part of me.
Since then, I've been off and on depending on my school schedule. Now I'm more dedicated as I've become more knowledgeble towards what works for me and my diet. And figuring out my diet was the hardest part i have to say.
Why I Love It:
The "Grrr" factor i would say. Flexin me lil cuts. I enjoy seeing muscles appear that I hadn't seen before (or in a while) and it feels good to know that I made that happen. Right now i'm getting a kick out of seen my calf muscles when i flex them. Grrr =D
How I Stay Motivated:
Muscle & Fitness magazine. None of my friends work out, nor do they care so reading about new things and how people are consistently trying to improve themselves keeps me motivated. Plus if i don't workout it's hard for me to focus in general. Working out keeps me healthy , happy, and confident.
BB Accomplishments:
Abs and arms. Whenever I've gotten back into working out they're the first things i notice. But these days seeing my thigh muscle and calves have been quite exciting =D

There's slight definition but not much this is usually my middle point.
Heck this one was cute. I have a better one but... I gave grief about the ladies posin in their underwear and it wasn't until now that I truly understood why they did it. Goal (Long):
I want a pair of dancer's legs. That belong to me of course, I don't think the dancers would let me borrow them. My figure is fine but I've always felt that the legs needed some work. I saw a picture of Amber (who placed 6th in a figure contest) in an ad for lipo 6 (feat in M&F mag) and i remembered her first set of before and after pictures. Every issue i saw her in the ad and then one issue they showed her in her competition gear. And was like damn you go girl. Months following she was s spokeswoman for another product and was featured doing a leg routine in Muscle & Fitness. If I can even come close to what she was able to accomplish I'd be ecstatic.
