I'm going to find out what my actual body fat percentage is. I think my gym does body fat calculations.

Background
I was in the Air Force overseas with some free time and decided to go over to the base gym. It was my first experience in a gym and working with free weights and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I've worked with weights off and on over the years ever since.
I naturally tend to be in my head too much. Working out, especially bodybuilding type weight lifting, balances me out as a person. When I lift weights my self confidence increases, my energy improves (the energy I give to my workouts always comes back to me many times over), and I love seeing the positive changes in my body.
