How I Started:
I worked out on and off for most of my life. I was always very active but for the last 10 yrs I let my self go, too much work, bad food, and not enough excercise. I just wanted to get back to my ideal weight and feel great.
Why I Love It:
I've always enjoyed working out. I love to feel strong and fit especially at an older age.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the progress I've made just by eating better and supplementing my diet. My family and friends help me stay focus with their support.
BB Accomplishments:
Have lost over 50lbs. Have competed in a 5k and 10k run. I will be competing in a 15k then a 1/2 marathon. A year ago I could have never done this. Now it's happening!
