I want to get down to at least 115 maybe even back to 110lbs

Just wanna maintain what I got....

i just want tips on intensifying my workout from other girls! or personal trainers!

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet

Put on another 5-10lbs of muscle

I plan on competing in two figure competitions in spring and summer of 2007... my goal is to place in the top 3 of the Junior nationals Collegiate level in july/07
