Loose 15 lbs and corresponding % of body fat. Get leaner, stay strong, be healthy. Perhaps start playing softball again after a 10 year + hiatus in the 50+ league! Fit in a pair of size 32 jeans again.

JackedZ Alright, got up @ 0600 to hit the gym before work. Got in an got after it. Light wieght, high reps, 30 sec. rest between sets.
