I got into lifting from one of my best friends. He is about a 5'6 150lb wrestler who benched 310 pounds when he was a junior in high school. This blew my mind and now ever since i saw that i have not stopped lifting. He taught me the basics and i picked up from there. Now i can lift a little bit more but i also have 60 pounds and about 5 inches on him.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel great. Not only do you look good but the feeling you get from going into the gym is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing results and helping other friends out who want to get started or just want to get a good lift in.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments would have to be that i can squat 600 pounds and i finally benched 350!!! I was very proud of myself. I want to try and compete at a bodybuiling compition this April. I guess we will have to see what happens.

Isn't that the truth!!! And they are just getting heavier and more out of shape, bless their hearts. Yup, OSHA is all the safety stuff. And let me tell you, it's quite exciting. ;) Haha!
I run the non-credit program (fun classes like dog obedience, massage, senior swimming, Zumba) & I also run the OSHA program for businesses that need OSHA training. I run kids camps in the summer & just started a Fit Kids camp last summer to try to do my little part to help with the obesity epidemic among children. I'm also starting a Worksite Wellness program. And "other duties as assigned. ;)
