After spending most of highschool running cross-country and track, I entered college being skinnier than most of the girls. While they all had a leg up on me with the Frosh Fifteen, things soon picked up and I haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding provides you with a sense of confidence and accomplishment that you can carry into other aspects of life. Working out and striving for higher and higher goals teaches consistency and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I compare myself against myself, not to others. Progress keeps me hungry.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, nothing major. When I step on stage though, maybe I'll put that down.

hey man where in mass is your gym located? i just competed in mass and have family up there. i've been to the golds in salem. its an awesome gym. they still have a chalk station
