How I Started: I got started when I realized how out of shape I was. I took a photo in the Grand Cayon and I looked horrible; this year I'll be going back again and this time I'll be in better shape.
Why I Love It: Makes me feel proud of my self and I love the feeling that I get after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated: I run all the way to the gym and then get on the thread mill and continue whit my workout. During my work out I think of my future progress and the progress that I have achieve by applying myself to my workout plan.

I'm still experimenting with my biceps as well but I always have a certain criteria when I working them. I usually do 5 different exercises with 4/5 sets in 10 - 12 rep range with the heaviest weight I can handle WITH the strictest form as possible. I don't care how much weight I can lift but I always aim for isolating the muscle I'm training. If you want like a more detailed outline of what I do I'll pm if you want me to.

Well, Im probably not the best guy to ask for advice on how to get a six pack. I have just started on my quest to get one myself. There are several articles on our supersite though that can help you out. What I do know is, abs start in the kitchen - meaning you need to have a clean diet in order to ever get there.
