run a mile = 10 times around
walk around the gym = 3 times around cooldown
crunches = 5 sets of 20s
Work out...
Only abs advice I have is work them out a couple times a week & focus on your eating in order to see them. Someone I know says abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym -- I halfway agree -- your diet is more influential in being able to see your abs than working them out, but you still need to train them if you want them bigger.
Sorry just now got back to your question. The car is 1980 Fiat Sport Spyder. I sold it 2 years ago for a new Yaris. Miss its Italian styling, but was getting expensive to keep in top condition. Your last pic shows some good progress. Take care, Jim
Hi Jack, i'm still working on bringing mine out. The best ones in my opinion are the hanging leg raises and trying to go higher with your legs each time.
I would go low carb...and taper them through the day...eating less carbs towards the end of the day....and keep protein levels high. Also keep up with cardio...try to get some in after every workout. And full range of motion on those ab exercises!
oh man abs start in the kitchen! eat clean and train them. i do abs every other day. im focusing on lower abs right now to get the cuts down there with hack squats and leg lifts but still working the rest of my core.
