I got started when I realized how out of shape I was. I took a photo in the Grand Cayon and I looked horrible; this year I'll be going back again and this time I'll be in better shape.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel proud of my self and I love the feeling that I get after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I run all the way to the gym and then get on the thread mill and continue whit my workout. During my work out I think of my future progress and the progress that I have achieve by applying myself to my workout plan.
I can't upload pictures any more, I follow all the steps and it says that the upload was successful but my picture is nowhere to be found. some one please help.
run to my house to the gym = 15min run
run in the treadmill = 35min run speed 7
walk around the gym = 3 times around Cooldown
run a mile = 10 times around
walk around the gym = 3 times around cooldown
crunches = 5 sets of 20s
...
I'm still experimenting with my biceps as well but I always have a certain criteria when I working them. I usually do 5 different exercises with 4/5 sets in 10 - 12 rep range with the heaviest weight I can handle WITH the strictest form as possible. I don't care how much weight I can lift but I always aim for isolating the muscle I'm training. If you want like a more detailed outline of what I do I'll pm if you want me to.
Well, Im probably not the best guy to ask for advice on how to get a six pack. I have just started on my quest to get one myself. There are several articles on our supersite though that can help you out. What I do know is, abs start in the kitchen - meaning you need to have a clean diet in order to ever get there.
