I have made my decision final today to enter the OCB Midwest States in the Novice category. So far its about 13 weeks out. I'm only about 13% b/f so i'm gaining for a couple more weeks then starting my cut about 10 weeks out. That should give me about two weeks hit my goal at the end if...
How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

you got the right idea for sure. I know for a fact that 10 weeks of strict dieting isn't enough. I met some guys who were at 2.6% body fat. I know they didn't achieve that in a short time. One thing I definitely learned is to take my diet seriously from week 12 to zero hour. But I think you already have the right idea. Keep in touch and rock on. Besides, who knows one day we might just share the stage together!
If you go in looking as ripped as that pic, you are gonna do some MAJOR damage. I'm about to start a new plan from Scivation and to build some lean mass. Then I'm gonna cut down for the OCB this year. It's gonna be on! You are looking excellent bro!
What's up bro! It's been a while. I just finished the ABA Natural IL 2009 and got 6th and I think I'm gonna focus my training so that I can be ready for the OCB Midwest states in November...you thinking of doing that show again?
My cut will be about 18 weeks. I am an endo, get pretty plump in my growth efforts. So I need the time the shed the BF. I don't even wanna know how fast you can drop-- you look like an ecto-meso.
