FastCatChamp Sorry i ahve not checked this. My dead 1RM was 412. Im not sure how I got 550 stat in my lift stats. Anyways if your impressed with the 412, I just followed programming to the letter (Starting Strength and 5x5), read and studied vids on form and mechanics, and began working an alternate grip+chalk when the weights got heavier.
