Background
Have been going to the gym for a couple of years but have been lazy and can miss months of training at a time. I have started going a bit harder lately and have been developing a consistent approach to working out. I am a Mesomorph and have always been naturally a bit muscular and when I am consistent with my training I pack muscle on fast and can loose weight just as quick. Basically I have been blessed with good genetics and have finally realized that it is only my laziness that is locking away the body I want inside, this is all going to change starting now! Its time I put together a proper eating and workout plan and get ripped lol.
I love to lift weights for the pump and to make myself stronger both physically and mentally.
