Started BB'ing when I saw Arnold in "Pumping Iron", and he also had a spread w/Franco Columbo in Sports Illustrated that same year...I got totally jacked into power lifting and BB'ing at that exact moment! And never looked back!

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Heavy "skull-crushers" are ALWAYS my lead on tri day. Then i'll either do underhand cable "tri pressdowns" and behind the back tri-presses across two benches, or I might do flat bench db tri presses and overhead cable tri extensions. On some days after the skullcrushers I barely have enough left in my tri's to just manage 5 or 6 sets of dips. Again, the heavier I lift, the fewer reps I will do. But always 2-3 different movents at 5-6 sets per movement.Heavy "skull-crushers" are ALWAYS my lead on tri day. Hi Jack- Thank you...no pilates for me...just basic bodybuilding routines. The abs are genetic, as in that pic I didn't hardly train them. I am starting to now, as i want them to pop more. But thanks!
I hear what you are saying. But I have been lifting for two years and have pasted up people that have years of training on them. I do have to get some calve pic on here. Hope look as good as u when I hit 50
Like your goal of making sure your build is 'complete' as you get bigger ... not just getting bigger for bigger's sake. Looks like you've been good at accomplishing that.
