I began strength training to help in sports play. In the late 1980's, I moved into a BodyBuilding Lifestyle and continue to develope from there.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain. I enjoy pushing myself and others to new levels of achievement.
Addiction to the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated to beat my major competitor, myself. My challenge is to beat my last training session each and every time. My show is my improvements from week to week. My trophy is my body that I have created through years of pain and sweat. The world is my stage.

Hello!, need your help with my HIT cardio workout, put it on my space today and would love to get your input. I have limited time in the gym and really need to get the best bang for my buck! Used to run an hour at an even tempo but then I had to split my cardio and weight days..Thanks for any help you can give me!! Hope you are enjoying your day!
