tommy john surgery is generally for pitchers. its where the ligament in your elbow is replaced with the palarmus tendon from the opposite forearm. full recovery is 12-16 months.

Zero at the moment, had tommy john surgery 6 1/2 weeks ago. I tend to stick to free weights and increase my reps on 85s. Usually end up stickin around 12-15 reps a set.

Thanks for the add. Hows that roundhouse kick commin along? I heard chuck doesnt even need that kick, its more for showing off when he doesnt feel like crushing concrete with his fists.
