Hey Tiff, Every time I start to let go of my goals and lose motivation, days start slipping away that I haven't gone to the gym, all I have to do is click back to your profile and see a reason to get back in. Hope the new year brings you new motivation and even higher goals! ;)

Thakns for the well wishes! Ive been sick as of late and out of the gym for about ten days, but I'm back in and doing well. Hope things are great for you. Will you be @ the Olympia this year?

No I don't compete. I wouldn't have time with my schedule. I'm training for the police academy out here in Suffolk County. From what I hear its physically demanding and a lot of people can't hang so I want to be ready for it. Can't blow my shot at $111K a year ya know.

This week was'nt as good as I hoped. NY snow has kept me busy at work since I'm at an Air Force Rescue Wing and off the roads so I only got in about 3 times, but I made good use of the times I went. How about you?
