-move onto heavey weights like bench
-deadlift 3reps of 10 315lbs
-curl 3sets or 10 curls of 135lbs
-curl on back to forhead 15 at 135lbs
-dumbells 30lbs
incline-3sets 15
flat-3sets 15
decline-3sets 15
-pull downs
After that supplement with post workout and what not
-eat lunch
-supplements
-whey protein
-on cardio days
-same but switch rowing machine with boxing
-hitting the heavey bag 10 3min rounds
-hitting speed bag for 10 3min rounds
-hitting the double ended bag 10 3min rounds
-and lots of different MMA trianing
