Background
I needed to start getting in shape. I was (and still am) overweight, and am finally doing something to lose all this extra body fat. Eating healthy, and finally going to the gym. I had a good thing going losing weight, and then I returned to college and it all went downhill by partying, eating unhealthy, and I quit exercising. I am now remotivated and trying to lose all the weight I gained back, and then some.
I feel better when I workout, and I finally have more energy than I have ever had before. I have a better outlook on life and have more confidence than ever.
