How I Started:
I got into some "trouble" and turned out to be "grounded" allll summer...I have tried in the past to make a change but never followed through...
This time I was determined and have been successful so far.
I was like 187 before and now am 172...I can see a 4 pack when I pull down my stomach... My arms are alot better and my chest is alot better also...I am a ton stronger and look better. My main goal is to get rid of some excess bodyfat and see a 6 pack for the first time ever! By the time I go back to school I just want to surprise my friends....Some have already seen me and are astonished..
Why I Love It:
I love to make my body stronger and see my muscles growing
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that if I keep it up and try harder and harder the end result will be a complete transformation.
BB Accomplishments:
4 pack slightly visible.
Chest, triceps, biceps, legs.....incredibly stronger than before and show definition.
Gone up in all my weight for every excercise significantly
Hey there Jack! Yo, man! Please alter your haircut a little to bring out the toughness of your physique! Either skin the sides and back in a high fade and blend in the top but gel the bangs forward, like a short Caesar, or buzz it all off. Either would look awesome. Good shoulders, arms and pecs already. Stick to the good diet and heavy training and that physique including that 6 pack will be there much faster than you think. Andre
