Jac295 Changed up diet to 2 high protein and fat days no carbs then 1 high carb day and continue. Kind of keto modified ... We shall see

Jac295 Had to roll out of bed this morning. Legs are smoked! Chest tonight. Will hopefully need a power chair to edit the gym
