I restarted working out because I can no longer look at what I have become and be happy.
It was time for a change.

I have lost 31 lbs in 5 weeks! I have lost 4 inches off my waist! At this rate I will be down to my goal of 220 in no time.

Hey Jab! Everything is fine. I was very busy over the holidays. But I was bad and gained weight again. I talked to my doc last month and I've decided to do the gastro bypass surgery. I gave working out on my own for a year but the results were not enough for me. My health issues have stayed the same, which is bad. So I decided to go for it this time but I still need to be on my healthy lifestyle so I'm getting back to my good habits. How are things with you? TTYL :o)
