This was taken when I was first starting out. I was 220 pounds with too much bodyfat. I felt terrible and decided to make a change. So I'm willing to give it AT LEASE 12 weeks!!!
OK...so after eating and eating trying to "bulk up"...And not able to gain weight...I have came to find out that I'm an Ectomorph!
Oh my goodness--how ya doin? Gosh I have taken way too long of a break from all this...I'm ready to prep for summer now and make up for lost time. Thanks for checking in on me!
I agree. I do feel very motivated but unfortunately not feeling well was my setback. Hopefully I can start strong again next week. Still going to the gym though no matter how bad I feel.
Hey there! Didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. Workouts not going so well, putting in many hours at work lately. I am traveling this week and next things should start to slow down so I can kick it back up in the workout department.
Thanks...Workouts are wack right now, just fitting in resistance when I can, not much cardio lately as we are in the process of moving, Monday I begin bootcamp. Clean eating cardio 5 days resistance @ home free weights 6 nights/week.
workouts are going well. I missed two this week. been swamped. I am still focused though. nothing will stop me. LOL We both know consistancy is what is going to carry us across that finishline.
