Starting at 220 lbs. 03/22/2008 Flexing
This was taken when I was first starting out. I was 220 pounds with too much bodyfat. I felt terrible and decided to make a change. So I'm willing to give it AT LEASE 12 weeks!!!  OK...so after eating and eating trying to "bulk up"...And not able to gain weight...I have came to find out that I'm an Ectomorph!

I agree. I do feel very motivated but unfortunately not feeling well was my setback. Hopefully I can start strong again next week. Still going to the gym though no matter how bad I feel.

Thanks...Workouts are wack right now, just fitting in resistance when I can, not much cardio lately as we are in the process of moving, Monday I begin bootcamp. Clean eating cardio 5 days resistance @ home free weights 6 nights/week.
