Father was Mr South Australia 4 times, so he trains me
Why I Love It:
I love getting massive pumps and gradually gaining weight and raising weight and reps every training session
How I Stay Motivated:
By Knowing that everyone at school eats shit and is the one thing that sets me apart from everyone else
BB Accomplishments:
gained 7 kilo in 1 month, and in 6 months going from 50kg benchpress to 90kg benchpress

Me at the gym - 129lbs Lat Spread
I had been training for about 1 and a half years but at this points i really started eating lots and dramatically cleaned up my diet, learnt pre-post workout nutrition etc... this is where ill make my start of bulking from
eatng within 5000-6000 calories a day now, started doing t-bar rows and heavy bent over rows, which have really impoved my back, and are great exersises
