I wanted to be able to protect my mother.
Why I Love It:
Because there is always a goal that can be reach and you always have something to reach for. If you max out at a certain weight there is a higher weight. Thus you only stop when you want to stop.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember being the guy that the girls only want to be friends with and I don't mean boyfriend.
BB Accomplishments:
Once lost over 60lbs in less than 3 months.

I want to weigh between 210-200 lbs by December 24th 2009.
Goal (Long):
In my adolescent years I was a chubby but athletic kid. This made me somewhat shy. However, when I started lifting weights and turning my muscle into fat I began to improve my self esteem and began to receive some attention from females. Consequently,I met a beautiful young lady that I married and we have 3 beautiful daughters but over a course of time,eating leftovers I lost interest in working out because I had the girl: well this inactivity and eating lead to an unwanted bulge around my middle. I don't want the bulge. But, I want a body that makes me and my wife happy.

I want to LOSE 50 lb
