How I Started:
I started lifting my freshman year of highschool.  I just started football and decided that i needed to bulk up if i wanted to kick some serious ass.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good, like you have really accomplished something when you get finished.  Plus that swell looks and feels great.
How I Stay Motivated:
You look good, You lift good.
