Back in the day my mom bought me a gym membership and said I better use it. Ive been hooked to being dedicated to being in shape ever since.
Why I Love It:
Through dedication, an motivation and just a way of life working out is apart of it all. Its a way of life for me, an will never be with out it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just amazing to see the results on what your body can do. Either getting the cardio or seeing how much weight you can push. OH plus summer time!
BB Accomplishments:
No competing here. being one of the more in shape firefighters is a goal I hope to maintain in through the duration of my career.

Im finally starting to see some transformation from my fat buffness to being somewhat cut an lean. Still have a long way to go. Eating right is finally becoming easy for me and that is the piece to the puzzle that I have been missing for so long. Dig the site, helps the motivation aspect of things.

Do you socialize while at the gym?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Give them the What the fuck does that do look.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
