Mate of mine ( Danny Boy ).. Started last year, was impressed with how much fitter an athlectic in apperance he became. So i quit the unhealthy lifestyle e.g Ciggys, canabis,ale etc.. An after about a month physically felt fitter and healthier and haven't and wont look back.
Why I Love It:
You get what you put in, the harder you work the more gains and improvements you see.
How I Stay Motivated:
Like I said my mate(s)are involved in fittness in one way or another so its like a compitition you've got to stay on your game lol
BB Accomplishments:
Upto now there are only little ones e.g lifting more, weight loss ( in the bad areas ) and weight gained ( in the good areas)
Looking to increase my size and lifting power for christmas e.g solid abs, bigger arms and chest.
Goal (Long):
To compete and do well. I'd like to be around the 15-16stone mark with around 8% bodyfat... Generally to be heathly as i can physically be and look good apperance wise.
