Focus and INTESITY
To achieve a peak physical physique you need to be focused and intense, not only in the gym but in every area of health and fitness. Be intense and don't quit, keep at it, by doing so you reach your goals much faster.
My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy
I like to keep a strict diet.
My nutrition plan is very simple but strict. I follow Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer plan. I eat lots of carbs, such as brown rice, oats, whole wheat pasta, an of course veggies. My main sources of protein are chicken, ground turkey, and protein shakes. To be honest sometimes it's a bit tough to eat 8 meals a day but I try to get them in. The food does not have too much flavor so I add lots of herbs and spices, mainly cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. When I get cravings, I like to eat foods like pizza, burgers, cheese steaks, etc. Obviously I can't eat that stuff, so when I do get those cravings I eat whole wheat, brown rice chips. I like the salsa and sweet potato flavor. I eat that only with a couple meals. Aside from that I do not eat anything else whatsoever.

Protein, and more protein!
I do not believe that supplements are magic, nor that the are a building block to reach your goals. Supplements help you get to where you want to be, that's it, they HELP. With that being said, I like to take as much help as I can get. I believe protein is the foundation to muscle growth and fat burning, so I take lots of protein. Currently I am using BEN Syntha 6 I so, CON Pro peptide, Xtend, CON-cret,a multi vitamin, L Carnatine, Omega 3, and green tea extract.

It's WORTH IT!
I stay motivated by thinking about my ultimate goal. I visualize myself looking great. When I have negative thoughts I turn them to positive. I consistently remind myself that I will reach my goals. Also I don't live fit just for myself, but for others. People watch you, they see what you and I do. So I strive to be a leader and show others it's possible.
It will hurt
It will take time
It will require dedication
It will require willpower
It requires sacrifice
But, I promise that when you reach your goal
