I originally just wanted to get in shape and feel good, but I ended up quitting smoking, and eating very clean on top of it! A complete lifestyle change.
Why I Love It:

I eat pretty clean as is. I've got a shoot to clean up for on Saturday. I'm eating really low carb/low sodium foods. Carbs between 30-40 grams a day, sodium between 400-500 mg, 1-2 gallons of water. Tons of protein, about 140 grams a day, veggies galore, chicken, tilapia, mahi mahi,...

Hi! I know the low carbs can really make you feel tired. I would recommend trying a pre workout drink. I tried Gaspari and Muscletech. With the Gaspari SuperPump I had the most even-keel full-energy workouts of my life! And MuscleTech NaNO Vapor is pretty wild too: tons of energy.
My training is going great! I just bought a pair of 30" jeans tonight. The last time I wore 30s was 30 years ago! Isn't that weird 30, 30!
