What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now- 5-6 meals a day. First meal is right after my morning workout. No bread, pasta, rice, butter, mayo, or ketchup. My carbs mostly come from Broccoli, Green Beans, Spinach, Zucchini and Squash. I have a 1/2 cup of oatmeal for my first meal mixed in my protein shake.
fats- I currently have a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil during one of my early meals.
I just started this on 4/20/08: Since i workout in the morning, i have set up my meals in a way that the heavier meals are eaten early and the my last two meals are the lightest of the day.
Protein- Organic Chicken , Wild Salmon, Wild Cod, Turkey, Buffalo, Talapia, and Optimum Nutrition protein powder.Right now- 5-6 meals a day. First meal is right after my morning workout.
