cardio increased. Squatting last instead of first. reduce deadlifts to once every two weeks. Tired is an understatement. LOL

feeling a lil tired. Been squatting and deadlifting twice a week for 6 months now. Body is tired. Time to change some exercises.

I am feeling like a monster. heavy squats and deadlifts will do that to ya. Man i can't wait to see how i look in 4mths.

Entering the next phase of my diet. Just got my new fat burner and now it is REALLY on. :-)
