I admire the classic physiques of Arnold, Serge Nubret, and Frank Zane.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I usually eat a high calorie meal and give it approx. one hour to digest. From here I take my preworkout supps and a multivitamin. Remember when training to differenciate between high intensity and over training. Many guys will try to outwork everyone in the gym by doing as many sets and reps as possible. It isĀ important to understand the principles of high intensity training, and knowing that rest is the most important...
