Fblade13 Thanks man. I'm involved in a photo shoot in 2 weeks for that old Spartacus costume. The 12 week program is just a starting point. Love the mixture of routines and videos to keep me inspired. I still want to get better, so I'm going to keep working out hard over April & May for Supanova. I plan to be much more ripped. Fblade13 Thanks for the comment. Having a photo log to see your changes is soo handy. I've been trying to bulk recently and started the new Kris Gething DTP training. The problem with bulking is I've lost some of my definition I had after my 12 week plan. I dislike posting stuff on Facebook and you're more likely to hear all my training ramblings here anyway.
