Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
while doing dbell shoulder presses i hurt my rotary cuff. really hampered my ability to lift for about 3 years. had to baby it and work with it to get anywhere close to where i was.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
dead lift because you can really hurt your back if not done properly, i.e., making sure you're braced correctly, using a weight you can control, ect.
This diet is the pits but I started taking some Whey Protein this week. Hopefully with the added carbs I get from it I won't feel so dang tired all the time. Not going to give up though. I really want to "wow" a few people at the pool this summer!
