Well, my oldest brother has worked out since he was 16 and hes 25, My other brother and him found out about this powerlifting program so i decided to start working out considering i play football and i need to get into shape.
Why I Love It:
I look forward to working out. Ive gotton so much stronger since January 07. i like to see improvements. my friends and family have noticed and i just love knowing that im one of the if no the strongest 17 y/o or person in my school.
How I Stay Motivated:
i dont know. im addicted.
BB Accomplishments:
lost a total of 70 poounds in a year. kept most strength and even gained some.

I just weighed my self and according to my scale (which is what i have been going by since i started lifting) i am 177 (before i ate and after i just worked out, and it was a crappy workout)...since last year around june i started to cut and i was 240 (bf uknown) and like a few weeks ago maybe...
No problemo hombre. I only take double-takes and make comments on BB.com photo gallery pics when the guys and gals stand out in the crowd. And you're one of 'em. Keep gaining mass and lower da bodyfat.
shoulder tendonittis, imflammed tendons and crap, hey can u PM me that sacrificed u made ?? like, im at 191 and i still have about 20 pds i can shed but its stubborn

i have shoulder tendonitis, all i can do is work legs pretty depressing so im not on here, i dont want to see other people improving till i can work out fully again
yeah, was in the same situation but now im takin it seriously, i think ive already dropped 4 pds of fat or so in like 6 days, sounds kinda unhealthy but whatever.
I can do more now that was then. I say it's just technique, and that's how i do it. No i don't use a suit. I say it's because i play basketball, and football. That's making me workout so hard it's making me stay motivated so yeah. By the way what the heck are suits? HA.
alright, added a good amount of size to arms, and especially back, been on a intense cut for about 4 days right now, ive already dropped around 4 pds(i believe of all fat) and ill be cutting till around christmas then ill start my first bulk. u? shoulders looking big same with your arms. u gonna cut soon?
