Improper lifting techniques. (too heavy, recovery times, improper forms)
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Some minor strain in my left R. cuff. Maybe lasted 3-4 months w/ speratic pains now and again still. I actually stopped training shoulder all together for a few months.
