I am training to create a more defined muscular body.
Goal (Long):
I am training towards a much leaner, tighter body w/ the minimal amount of lean mass loss throughout the process (Common Sense). I want to lower the BF% a fair amount with maintaining roughly the same intensity and strength while in the gym.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Some minor strain in my left R. cuff. Maybe lasted 3-4 months w/ speratic pains now and again still. I actually stopped training shoulder all together for a few months.

There really is no secret to gaining muscle. It is a matter of hard work, determination, extra good diet and moving a lot of weight in the gym. I wish you much success and look forward to watching your progress.
