Fit Status:
Working my butt off at the gym, trying to get in the best shape of my life! :D
I can take my mind off of the stresses in my life and take out my anger on the weights. I think working out is the greatest form of stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just thinking about the gym motivates me!!! If I'm not lifting, I feel like I'm wasting the commitment I've made to my goals.
