Front relaxed 205Lbs Starting Weight 205 want to get to 195
I need to loose the fat around my chess and sides I do alot of carido but still need a good fat burner.
I rode my bike a few miles and did chess, triceps and biceps. Feel real good i can tell I have lost some of my body fat.
