Trained at Wedgewood gym in Madison Wisconsin initially. Crewed for the University of Wisconsin and trained at the Stadium Gym...Jeff Everson was my strength coach.
Why I Love It:
Because the way you feel when you know you are in great shape. Not to mention crazy good chemicals that are released when you workout!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My wonderful Wife and 2 Children...really want to get back to the shape I was in the spring of 2003 right before I broke my right hip barefoot waterskiing. Subsequently had total right hip replacement in Jan 2004. It will be done!
BB Accomplishments:
None really however, did go from 6'2" 165lbs my Freshman year in college to 6'2" 220 by the end of the school year...still had a 32" waist!

JD...thank you SO MUCH for the inspiration!!! That was sooooo nice. I really appreciate it! When did you tear your bicep tendon? That SUCKS! But you're right, you can keep doing everything else! Sounds like there's no stopping you!
What's up JD?! Oh yes!..do change up the training schedule every 6-8 weeks..keeps it fresh and hardcore!
You can do 24 lbs in 8 weeks no problem..it's all in the diet!..cheat meal/day once a week!
Happy training!
Monique
Thank you. Yes, I'm feeling much better. I get bad sinus infections too. I've heard about the pot treatment but never really tried it. I guess I will NOW. Have a great week :-)
